Ever have one of those mornings when you just look tired? Me too! When I do, I reach for more dramatic makeup that helps me look more rested and a bit younger! I usually go for a more natural look, but this anti-aging natural glam makeup is the perfect pick-me-up. It does take lots of products and brushes, but it’s worth the effort!
I always prep my skin by washing with gentle CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser*, then applying my Vitamin C serum, Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Serum*, CeraVe PM Moisturizing Lotion*, and Elta MD UV Clear SPF 46 sunscreen*.

Step 1: Foundation
Squeeze a pea sized drop of Estee Lauder Double Wear Light onto fingertips and rub to warm it up. Pat it onto face starting in the center and spreading it out toward the edges. Use a flat-top kabuki brush (Beauty Junkees Flat Kabuki) to blend the foundation using circular motions. Add more as necessary to even skin tone and cover discolorations. Step 2: Undereye Concealer
Apply a small amount of MAC Select Moisturecover Concealer to dark side of tear troughs below the eyes. Use a Crown 456 Concealer Brush to blend.
Step 3: Eyebrows
Fill in brows using Milani Brow Fix powder and IT Cosmetics Brow Brush.
Step 4: Eyelid Primer
Prime eyelids using MAC Paintpot in Painterly and IT Cosmetics Flat Concealer Brush. Blend primer from lashes to brows.
Step 5: Eyeshadow
Using an IT Cosmetics No-Tug Shadow Brush, apply NYX eyeshadow single in “S.O.S.” to lower eyelid from lash line to just above the crease. Hooded eyelid girls can pull the eyebrow up with the opposite hand to help get the eyeshadow to go on smoothly.
Using an IT Cosmetics No-Tug Crease Brush apply NYX eyeshadow single in “Confession” to eyelid above the crease. Hooded eyelid girls can pull the eyebrow up with the opposite hand to help get the eyeshadow to go on smoothly.
Using a Sigma E45 Crease Brush apply NYX eyeshadow single in “Haywire” to into the crease at the outer corner of the eye and to the outer corner of the eyelid, creating an outer “>”. Hooded eyelid girls can pull the eyebrow up with the opposite hand to help get the eyeshadow to go on smoothly.
Use a clean Sonia Kashuk Crease Brush to blend the 3 shadows together.
To soften the lines, apply more “S.O.S.”, and “Confession” to eyelid and below the brow, leaving 1/4 inch of skin below the brow without any eyeshadow.
Step 6: Eyeliner
Line the lower waterline and lower lash line with Wet N Wild Coloricon liner in “Silver” by laying the pencil flat on the lower lashes/waterline and rubbing back and forth to deposit color.
Tightline the upper lashes with Stila No Smudge Waterproof Eyeliner in “Triggerfish”, then line above the lashes with the same liner.
Step 7: Mascara
Apply 3 coats of CoverGirl Clump Crusher Extensions Mascara to upper lashes using the curved side of the brush to curl the lashes.
Step 8. Bronzer/Contouring
Using a Real Techniques Blush Brush, apply IT Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Bronzer below the cheeks to contour. Start by the ear and pull the brush forward, then blend. Apply some more bronzer at the hairline on the forehead and below the jaw bones.
Step 9: Blush
Apply IT Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Blush from hairline to apples of cheeks using a Crown Kabuki Fan Brush and blend down into bronzer.
Step 10: Lipstick
Use a bright plumping lipstick like Too Faced Lip Injection Color Bomb in “Coral Pop” to brighten up the whole face.
