Good evening Angie, I have a question about your printable skincare PM routine. You have putting your tretinoin on before the serums and I thought it was thinnest to thickest. I only wash my face, use my Tretinoin then moisturizer so your routine is new to me. Just want clarification please. AND yes I purchased most all the products, just a few I didn’t have. Thank you for sharing this!

  Hi Jodi! There really aren’t any hard rules where skincare application are concerned. Thinnest to thickest is a good general rule but I break it for my most important active ingredients that I want maximum efficacy from. So I put on my thicker tretinoin & estrogen creams first for max absorption. Hope that helps! xo ~a.

Not sure if you are still looking at comments. Will you confirm what products, including supplements, you refrigerate? I live in hot tropical climate like you and we often let the house get to 72 degrees in the summer so the A/C isn’t working 24/7. I refrigerate some items that specifically list the need.

  I try to get to comments but it’s hard to get to them all…. I refrigerate Vitamin C serum and retinoids for stability, and face masks so they feel nice & cold going on. Most other products are stability tested at 50 degrees C and are stable at much higher heat than in the average house.

Hello Angie, I’m just curious as to why you stopped using the dark spot formula. Is it because they went away or did you find something else that kept them away?

  The dark spot formula can only be used for a limited time, cycling on & off the hydroquinone. After a couple years I couldn’t use it any more and my dark spots had faded so I discontinued it.

1) I like to use SKII Essence. Where can I include it in the routine?

2) I like to use The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. Where can I include it in the routine?

  Hi, I’d use the SKII essence in the evening after washing your face. The Ordinary HA serum can be used any time along with other serums of similar weight.

Hello,
I’m so excited to have found your channel! Wow. I really needed this. I love makeup and skincare. In the not too distant past I sunk a good amount of money into recommended products from the spa I frequented. My skin was not happy with all the strong products they prescribed. So after investing, all that money, I left off using them.
I think I started watching the utube make up channels in general around June and found yours and I enjoy it because I’m within a couple years of the same age as you and I also spent a lot of time in the sun, went to bed with my make up on and other not so good habits. Anyway, I can’t wait to start seeing more improvements. I just received the Omnilux and it is charging! Your skin is lovely and I watched some of your older videos and it’s fun seeing your transformation, so I am hopeful.
Anyway, it’s just awesome to choose from the products that you have previewed and tested.

Have you eliminated a skin barrier cream from your routine and why? And did you stop using the dark spot remover because you just don’t need it anymore? Love your videos. Thank you for all of the product testing you do! Your skin is beautiful

  I don’t think I ever used a barrier cream… I’ve mainly used CeraVe PM or Olay Regenerist as my moisturizers. The Agency Dark Spot formula can’t be used forever as it contains hydroquinone. Agency cycles you on & off of it for a year or 2 and then you have to stop using it.
