Flash Review ~ Make Up For Ever HD Invisible Cover Concealer

An under eye concealer that doesn’t settle into lines and wrinkles is hard to find, especially if you actually have lines and wrinkles!

I was poking around Sephora and the Make Up For Ever HD Concealer caught my eye. I don’t have many MUFE products, but my sense is they’re overall a quality brand. I really liked the silicone applicator and thought it might be a breakthrough way to apply the product for better results… after all, the marketing says “The innovative soft silicone applicator enables precise application for a perfectly even finish on camera and in person.”

It comes in 14 shades and retails for $29 for 0.05 oz. It contains ingredients that claim to reduce dark circles, increase brightness, and lift the under eye area while creating a soft focus effect that reduces the appearance of wrinkles!!

Check out the cool silicone applicator!

So, how was it in real life? Epic Fail!
But I’ll let a picture say my thousand words…

MUFE UnderEye Settle

Not so invisible when it’s settled into wrinkles and sticking to dry patches.

You know I can’t resist adding just a few words!

The applicator was awful. . . it was hard to control the amount of product and wasted a lot of it, it was fine for dabbing some concealer on, but not good for blending it in, and the concealer dried in that tiny nozzle and clogged it up.

The formula was awful. . . it was hard to blend, it had a dry cakey finish, and it settled into fine lines and made wrinkles look worse. There was No blurring, No brightening, and No lifting going on here.

It was promptly returned and not missed.
