Hi Angie,

Have you seen or tried the generic version of the above Olay products in this post?
I saw them at Walmart right next to the Olay brand but was scared to try them! The list of ingredients look very much the same. Would you try these or stay away? Love your blog, Julie

I just read on Beautypedia that they really like Olay Pro X Nightly Purifying Micropeel; I may give that a try. Thanks for the tip!

    Hey Angie, How often are you using the Olay Pro X Nightly Purifying Micropeel and where do you incorporate it into your skincare routine? What results are you seeing/feeling from this? Are you still using Alpha Hydrox gel? Thanks for any information!

      The Olay Pro X Nightly Purifying Micropeel is meant to be used every night for a week, but since I use Retin-a, I used it in the morning. I put it on daily and I noticed that my skin felt smoother after the first couple of days. My Alpha Hydrox Gel is kind of old and seems to have separated, so I need to buy a new one.

What is the difference between the serum and the cream?

  The serum is a very light silicone based moisturizer, the cream is heavier, more like a night cream, but the ingredients are much the same.
