The Taco Bell Crunch Wrap Supreme is decadently delicious but it packs 594 calories (369 from fat) into each yummy little bundle. I was craving one a while ago so I thought I’d try to make a healthier one at home and this was the result!
Here’s how my version stacks up to the original:
* I used a recipe calculator app that didn’t have exact matches for some key ingredients so I’m not sure the info for my recipe is 100% accurate (I think the cholesterol & sodium should be lower) but it’s fine just to give an idea… obviously the ingredients you use will make a difference!
I’m happy to see that my version has fewer calories, less fat, less sodium & sugars, but the big bonus is that it also has triple the fiber and double the protein!
