My Timeless Vitamin C serum just arrived, and the bottle inside the packaging was literally hot to the touch. I probably should not have risked purchasing during July.

This sounds crazy. Could you possibly outline your method and extra tools for using the hair highlighting – Glam Lights? It would be so helpful if you demonstrated how to highlight small strips to get a natural look. Your hair looks very pretty and healthy since you too over the highlighting.

Hello from Tasmania. I just purchased Timeless serums 3 of them the 2 you recommend plus the new one. I have just started using Paula’s choice retinol can you tell me if I can use the serums and this together please?

I currently use the Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid serum. I would like to take advantage of the sale but I’m concerned buying multiple 1 oz bottles or the large 4 oz refill bottle. One 1 oz bottle lasts about 3-4 months and I’m afraid larger quantities would spoil before I get to use them. Have you had any luck with extending the life of this product by storing it in the frig. If so, how long did it last?
