I finally made the Kale and White Bean Appetizer! Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long, my 20 year old son and I ate the whole thing. The flavor was amazing!! The only problem was there wasn’t any leftover to make the soup…next time I will double the recipe.

I didn’t have any wine on hand so I used low sodium chicken broth as a substitute.

  Hi Kathleen~ I’m so glad you and your son liked the flatbread! I was going to make the soup tonite but life got in the way and we had leftovers instead. I really need to re-do the soup recipe so you don’t have to do the appetizer first.

  I hope it was a hit!
  If you haven’t made it yet, I was thinking it could be improved by mashing some of the white beans to spread on the bread as “glue” to hold on the topping.
