LED Red Light Anti-Aging Mask for Wrinkles! Does It Work?
It’s RESULTS DAY! I’ve been using the Eco Face Red Light + Near Infra-Red LED Mask for 3 months & I’ve got my full review with Before & After Pics!
I’ve been interested in trying Red Light Therapy for anti-aging for a while but with all my sun damage I was a little unsure about using light therapy. But when I researched LED red light and near infra-red light I found out that red light and near infra-red light isn’t harmful to the skin at all, studies show that it’s used for wound healing, and has been shown to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, increase collagen & elastin production and increase collagen density in the skin! *I’ve included links to the studies I read at the end of this post.
As luck would have it I had been sent the EcoFace Red Light + Near Infra-Red LED Mask to try about a year ago but never used it, so I broke it out of the box and slapped it on my face!
The EcoFace instructions were to use it 10 minutes each day or 20 minutes every other day (it has a 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute timer). You can do the treatments any time you have clean skin and you can use it after you put on skincare! I like to keep the mask on my bedside table and put it on when I first wake up. I do the 20 minute treatment every other day and doze or plan the day ahead.
I thought I was seeing results after a couple weeks of using the mask! I felt like my pores were smaller and my discolorations and redness were fading!
I used the mask every other morning for 20 minutes for 3 months and looking at the Before & After pictures I like the results I can see! I will definitely keep using this mask!
Photo disclaimer: My before & after pictures are taken in an at-home setting. I do my best to keep the lighting, angle, and expression the same but can’t guarantee an exact match since they are taken months apart. Photos are not retouched. Botox is worn off in both the before & after pictures.
