I always get requests to update My Diet & Exercise Routines when I post a new Lookbook (summer especially) and I’m happy to do it but I also feel like a broken record saying the same things year in and year out!

I’m so boring, I’ve been eating and working out the same way for 25 years now and it works for me because it’s easy and I don’t have to think about it, I just do it. If you’re new to my blog, this post will fill you in on why I eat and exercise like I do (heart and bone health, anti-aging, living an active lifestyle, being the best me at any age), and if you’re familiar with my routines it’ll update you on any changes.
