This is my current favorite way to cook salmon because it’s so quick and easy! Dinner is ready in under 15 minutes and the curry spice rub really compliments the flavor of the fish!

1/2 Cup Plain Almond Milk 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt A Handful of Washed Fresh Blueberries A Handful of Washed Fresh Strawberries 1 T Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth Add 1 Cup Ice Blend again and enjoy!
